Dwayne James

Dwayne James, a graduate of Southeastern Free Will Baptist College, moved to Ashland City upon graduation with his wife Tina in June of 1993 to be the Associate Pastor of Friendship Church. He served in that capacity for the next sixteen years until the Lord called him to be the head pastor of Oakwood Church in Woodlawn. It was there Dwayne served from August of 2009 until June of 2018. At that time, long-time pastor of Friendship, Brother Cecil Boswell, retired as head pastor. It was then that Dwayne felt led of the Lord to come back to Friendship and serve as pastor.
